A refurbishment inside the existing layout — strip-out, first-fix plumbing and electrics, units, worktops and second-fix finishing — is typically 5 to 10 working days. Once a structural wall comes out, a steel goes in or the room is extended, the programme depends on the structural design and building control, so we set the timeline out in writing before anything starts.
Yes. We are a full multi-trade team and handle the plumbing, the electrical work and the structural carpentry in-house, so moving a sink, a gas point or a run of sockets is part of the same job rather than another trade to chase.
Yes — that is the work we take on. A load-bearing wall needs a structural engineer’s calculations, a correctly sized steel and building control approval; a non-structural partition is far simpler. We will tell you which one you have at survey, and what your job actually needs.
